Sarah Moe, Founder, Sleep Health Specialists Sarah Moe, RPSGT began her career in sleep medicine over 12 years ago, and is a Board Registered Polysomnographic Technologist. After working overnights performing sleep studies and diagnosing sleep disorders, she became an Adjunct Professor at Minneapolis Community and Technical College, where she taught Polysomnography (Sleep Studies.) She founded Sleep Health Specialists in 2015 after realizing the need for widespread sleep education in her community. Sleep Health Specialists provides sleep education to local corporations creating healthier, happier and more productive teams.
